Warranty registration
Thank you for your recent purchase! Armbridge Limited Warranty terms are available if the product is registered within 60 days of installation. Registration can be completed online or by phone. Registering your product is a brief and easy process. You will need to have the following information ready:
- The serial number and model number for each piece of equipment you purchased
- The date of installation
- Your general information, including name, address and phone number
- The name and zip code of the dealer/technician who installed your equipment
- The name, address and email of the dealer or contractor who installed your equipment
- Date and place of purchase, if differ from installer’s address
- An email address. We will use this to send you confirmation of your registration
- HVAC Number License
NOTE: much of this information will be on the product label and invoice provided by your installing contractor.

1 Year Remote Control
The Armbridge Wall Thermostat and Remote Control are protected by a 1‑year limited warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of system registration, and coverage applies only to products properly registered through the official Armbridge warranty portal.
Out-of-the-Box
Armbridge HVAC systems are covered by an exclusive Out‑of‑the‑Box Warranty, which provides 5 years of parts coverage and 5 years of compressor coverage. This warranty period begins on the date of manufacture and shipment from the customer’s local distributor. Coverage applies only to qualifying Armbridge systems and is subject to all standard warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions.
10/10 Warranty
Armbridge HVAC systems are eligible for an exclusive Extended Warranty, providing 10 years of parts coverage and 10 years of compressor coverage. To activate this extended protection, customers must complete the warranty registration process on the official Armbridge website. Coverage becomes effective only after successful registration and is subject to all applicable warranty terms and conditions.
